The Audio CD's are recorded
while Kris is in the 2nd attention. We have found that the energy
does transmit through recorded electronic media. Beginning with the
second CD meditative process are included. These processes have
a background soundtrack consisting of binaural beat frequencies
within the Theta range conducive to the transformation process.
It is therefore recommended that the processes be listened to with
headphones.
