Maria is a Curandera or Sanadora living in Tulum in Quintano Roo, Mexico.
This is Maria standing in front of her alter. The smoke coming from the cup on the floor is the sacred Copal resin used by Mayans for centuries.

Mayans use the sacred smoke of the Copal tree to dispel negativity.
